Announcement – grydscaen: insurrection, by Natsuya Uesugi

grydscaen: insurrectionQSFer Natsuya Uesugi has a new sci fi book out:

Sati Ima is a mobile frame pilot from the Pacific Territories with a mouth on him that constantly gets him in trouble and a penchant for bucking authority. Thrust into a confrontation with his superior officer, he finds his way to the brig and gets his wings taken away for a short time. Having served his stint in detention, Sati is let out and given another chance.

The enemy Atlantea Federation have their own ace pilot who flies the Streak mobile frame, a transforming war machine and this pilot will do anything to have Sati see his last days. Driven to get his reputation back of being the best pilot the battleship Escalon has, Sati battles to the brink of insanity in a brutal fight with the Streak as the battleship makes its way to Londes, the homeland of the Atlantea Federation. Thrilling aerial combat, seat of your pants maneuvering, technicians, mechanics, officers and is that Sati’s boyfriend with the blonde hair?

Life aboard the Escalon is anything but boring. Find out more in grydscaen: insurrection.
