Today’s reader topic comes from QSFer Brian Cherry:

“I’d like to talk about queer pulp heroes or prose novels about queer super heroes.”

What are some of your favorite queer super hero (or super villain) books, and why? What would you like to read more of?

  1. I mentioned ‘Hero Heel’ and an episode of ‘Xena’ called ‘The Xena Scrolls’ I really enjoyed. Neither of them were prose, though. I’ll admit, I tend to go for pulp fiction more in movies, TV, comics, and manga than I do in the books.
