Wentworth Miller and Russell Tovey locked lips in a recent episode of “The Flash.” Tovey made his debut as The Ray on “The Flash” as part of “Crisis on Earth-X,” a crossover series spanning “The Flash”, “Arrow,” “Supergirl” and “Legends of Tomorrow.” The crossover takes place in an alternate timeline where Nazis won World War II. The CW is planning a four-part crossover series of its Arrow-verse this fall, airing on November 27 and 28, and they’ve tapped out actor Russell Tovey to play gay superhero The Ray. Additionally, Tovey will voice the character on the animated series based on the character which was announced in July.
