  1. I just read J Scott Coatsworth’s new novella, “The Last Run”. I’m not a huge connoisseur of science fiction books, although I love the movies, but I REALLY enjoyed this one! Not to give anything away, I will mention the extraordinary and original world he created which to me conjured images of Avatar only different. I liked that it featured lesbian characters and left the door open for a sequel as we just get the hint of a budding romance. The world and characters he created leave plenty of room for more action and drama should the story continue. I would recommend “The Last Run” to everyone as an enjoyable short read.
