Hi all,
There is no planned discussion topic today. Instead we thought we’d set up an open forum to talk about what happened in Paris yesterday, and how we all feel about it.
As always, please keep the discussion civil. I am angry and sad and upset. But I will not allow myself to be afraid, or to sink to the level of those who perpetrated this atrocity.
We have also decided to delay our book announcements by a day, and have shifted our schedule accordingly. If you have a book pending in our queue and have questions about this, please let me know.
Our hearts go out to our French friends, who were there for the Americans when we suffered on 9/11. We can imagine only too well what they are going through right now, and we send them our love.
