I noticed a few writers saying that depression/ anxiety really effecting writing recently, what are some self care actions are you taking and what has helped to reawaken the writing spirit?
Maybe speak also of what impact that ‘creators carrying on through trying times’ has on society.

I’ve discovered that walking my dog around the block does wonders! It gets me out of the house, lets me see what Mother Nature is doing (which is often spectacular — especially in the Spring!), and occasionally lets me interact with my neighbors. Of course it can be a drag in the middle of winter when it’s cold and snowing, but thankfully my dog doesn’t like to be out for long in that weather either. :)
Writing is one way I cope. Too much wine gives me a headache, making me even more depressed. (rueful grin)
