NASA scientists are excited about the upcoming close flyby of a small asteroid and plan to use its upcoming October close approach to Earth as an opportunity not only for science, but to test NASA’s network of observatories and scientists who work with planetary defense. TV: First Look at Star Trek Discovery’s Gay Character
One of this year’s most hotly anticipated shows Star Trek: Discovery has revealed its first gay character. Lt Stamets – played by Anthony Rapp – is the first openly gay character in the 51 year history of Star Trek. His character was unveiled in Entertainment Weekly. At San Diego Comic-Con, which concluded Sunday, the showrunners of US series Once Upon a Time revealed the show will feature a new LGBTI character.
